How to book
Availability
For general availability you can check our sailing schedule. If you have a specific voyage in mind, please contact the office so we can check if we have enough berths available for ladies/gentlemen.
Berths blocked
If you do not wish to make a firm booking yet, we can make an optional reservation for you for 2 weeks. This way you have some time to make a decision without the risk that your berth is sold.
To make a firm booking
You can book by sending the completed booking form to the EUROPA, the address is mentioned on the booking form.
Passport, D.O.B. details
In this form you are asked to give your passport details, date of birth, etc. We need this information to be able to compile the crew lists as required by customs of all countries we visit. We therefore ask you to fill in this information as completely as possible. We will of course treat this information confidentially.
Confirmation and invoice
After receiving your booking form we will send you a booking confirmation with the invoice and the terms of payment and our banking details.
Final voyage information
A few weeks before departure you will receive the final voyage information with more details on what to pack and where to find the ship.
